Delivery & Returns

PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock items within 2-3 working days of ordering. If you need the items sooner, please do drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

We are happy to offer FREE DELIVERY within the UK. 

Orders are sent out and shipped in cardboard boxes. We are currently still working hard to ensure all areas of our packaging are ethically and sustainably sourced whilst trying our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. 

All orders will be sent out with standard delivery via Royal mail / Hermes /or other couriers and will require a signature on receipt. This will take approximately 3-5 working days. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are pleased to ship overseas to most countries. If your shipping destination does not come up automatically, please contact us on hello@tdayo.com and we will be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote. After processing time, delivery could take between 5-10 working days, this is dependent on the country shipped to. 

Please note that any import duties or taxes associated with an international order are the responsibility of the customer.

PRE-ORDERS

In some cases, we may have pre-orders for items in high demand.  There will be an estimated delivery date on the product description page when you place the order.  Due to the handmade nature of our products, this date may be subject to change but we will endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible.  Any significant changes to the estimated delivery date will be communicated to you via email. 

 

RETURNS

 

We really hope that you are happy with your orders, if however, you wish to return an item for some reason, please notify us as soon as possible.

 

Please email us at hello@tdayo.com and you will be provided with a returns address.

 

Customers must notify us for returns within 14 days of receiving the item and will be eligible for refund as long as the item/s are returned in the same condition in which you purchased them, with all original labels excluding custom made items, earrings and personalised goods.

 

The cost of returning your items will be your personal responsibility so we recommend using a tracked service with insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items lost/damaged in transit. 

Refunds will be processed on receipt of your return.
